AnyHauler Terms of Service

By renting a dumpster trailer from AnyHauler (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Limitation of Liability

Once the dumpster trailer is delivered and unhitched at the Customer’s requested location, AnyHauler assumes no responsibility for any damage to driveways, yards, curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, structures, vehicles, or other property. This includes but is not limited to damage caused by:

  • Weight or pressure of the loaded trailer
  • Trailer movement or sliding due to terrain, slope, weather, or improper loading
  • Improper weight distribution
  • Unauthorized relocation or use of the trailer

Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the drop-off location is safe and suitable to accommodate the trailer.

2. Trailer Use and Safety

The trailer must not be moved or relocated once placed. Doing so may result in property damage, personal injury, or equipment damage, for which the Customer will be held liable. Customer agrees to load the trailer evenly and within the stated weight limit.

Any improper use of the trailer, including overloading, relocation, or loading of prohibited materials (tires, paint, shingles, sod, etc.), may result in additional fees or damage charges.

3. Assumption of Risk

Customer understands that the presence of a heavy-duty trailer on their property carries inherent risks, including the possibility of surface damage, rutting, cracking, and other physical impacts. Customer voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to hold AnyHauler harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities.

4. Agreement to Full Terms

By replying “Agree” to the rental confirmation message or by accepting delivery of the trailer, Customer acknowledges they have read and accepted these Terms of Service and the full Rental Terms available at www.anyhauler.com/terms (or similar page).

If you do not agree to these terms, do not accept delivery or use the trailer. Use of our service constitutes full agreement.
