1. Payment

• The total amount shown at booking is due when our driver delivers your dumpster.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, cash, check, or Venmo (@AnyHauler).
• A receipt will be provided upon payment.
• Your total includes: base rental + delivery fee + dump fee (all shown as line items during booking).

2. Rental Period

• Rental durations available: 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month.
• Your rental period begins on the confirmed delivery date.
• Pickup is scheduled for the end of your rental period.
• Early pickup: Available upon request. Contact us to schedule. No refunds for unused days.
• Extensions: If you need more time, contact us before your scheduled pickup date. Extension fees apply.

3. Delivery & Placement

• Our dumpsters are trailer-mounted and driveway-safe.
• We will place the dumpster where you request, within reason and accessibility.
• You are responsible for ensuring the placement area is clear, level, and accessible for delivery and pickup.
• Please note any gate codes, parking restrictions, or special instructions when booking.

4. Weight Limits & Overage Fees

Each dumpster has a strict weight limit:

• 5-Yard Dumpster: 1,500 lbs included
• 7-Yard Dumpster: 2,000 lbs included

• Loads will be weighed at the dump facility.
• If your load exceeds the included weight, overage fees will be charged.
• Excessive overweight loads may incur additional handling fees or trailer damage charges.
• Tip: Load evenly and avoid concentrated heavy materials (concrete, brick, dirt) to stay within limits.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are NOT allowed in our dumpsters:

• Tires
• Shingles / roofing materials
• Paint, stains, or chemicals
• Sod, dirt, or heavy yard waste
• Hazardous materials
• Batteries
• Appliances containing freon (refrigerators, freezers, AC units)
• Oil, gasoline, or automotive fluids
• Medical waste
• Electronics (TVs, monitors, computers)

Disposal of prohibited items may result in:

• Additional fees
• Refusal to haul the load
• Requirement to remove prohibited items before pickup

When in doubt, contact us before loading.

6. Delivery Fee

• A delivery fee applies to all rentals.
• The delivery fee may vary based on:
  • Your service address / distance from our location
  • Time of day (peak vs. off-peak hours)
• The exact delivery fee for your order is calculated when you enter your address and is shown as a line item during booking.
• The delivery fee is included in your total amount due on delivery.

7. Dump & Extra Dump Fees

• Each rental includes one dump (disposal) at the end of your rental period.
• A dump fee is included in your total and covers disposal at the dump facility.
• The dump fee may vary based on location and time.

Extra Dumps:

• If you fill the dumpster before your rental ends and need it emptied so you can continue loading, you may request an extra dump.
• Extra dump fee: $129 per additional dump.
• Contact us to schedule an extra dump.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations: You may cancel your booking at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: Need to change your delivery date? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
• No-shows or refused deliveries may be charged a trip fee.

9. Damage & Liability

• You are responsible for any damage to the dumpster/trailer during your rental period caused by:
  • Overloading
  • Improper loading (uneven weight distribution)
  • Moving the trailer
  • Loading prohibited items
• Any damage to your property (driveway, yard, etc.) caused by overloading or improper use is your responsibility.
• AnyHauler is not responsible for damage to surfaces caused by normal dumpster placement on unstable or unsuitable ground.
• Please ensure your placement area can support the weight of a loaded dumpster.
