When our driver arrives with your dumpster, you'll pay the total amount at that time.

A receipt will be provided upon payment.

Your rental price includes:

• Base rental — The dumpster for your selected duration (3 days, 1 week, or 1 month)
• Included weight — Each dumpster has a weight allowance (1,500 lbs for 5-yard, 2,000 lbs for 7-yard)
• Pickup — We return to haul away your loaded dumpster at the end of the rental
• Disposal — Proper disposal of all accepted materials

Additional fees that may apply:

• Delivery fee — Varies by location and time of day
• Dump fee — Included with rental; extra dumps have an additional fee
• Weight overage — If you exceed the included weight limit

All fees are shown clearly during booking before you confirm.

Yes, a delivery fee applies to all rentals. The fee may vary based on:

• Your location — Distance from our service area affects the fee
• Time of day — Peak hours may have different rates

The exact delivery fee for your order is calculated when you enter your address and shown as a line item during booking and on your confirmation.

Each rental includes one dump (disposal) at the end of your rental period.

If you need an extra dump during your rental (for example, if you fill the dumpster and need it emptied so you can continue loading), an additional dump fee applies.

• The extra dump fee is 75% of your original rental price
• You can schedule an extra dump directly from Manage Your Rental

The fee covers pickup, disposal, and return of your dumpster. Payment is due on the next visit.

Each dumpster has a strict weight limit:

• 5-Yard Dumpster: 1,500 lbs included
• 7-Yard Dumpster: 2,000 lbs included

Excessive overweight loads may also incur:

• Additional handling fees
• Trailer damage charges

Tip: Load evenly and avoid heavy materials like concrete, brick, or dirt to stay within limits.

Our dumpsters are trailer-mounted and must remain where we place them. Moving the trailer can cause:

• Damage to your property or the trailer
• Safety hazards
• Difficulty during pickup

When you book, let us know your preferred placement location. We'll work with you to find the best spot that's accessible for both delivery and pickup.

To schedule early pickup, extend your rental, or request an extra dump:

• Text or call us at the number in your confirmation
• Reply to your confirmation text with your request

We'll coordinate the timing that works best for you. For early pickup, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible.
